• The Stagiaire Program:
  • Structure of the 3-month fixed-term internship.
  • The Conversion Gate: To graduate to full-time, a Stagiaire must complete a specific "Improvement Project" that measurably fixes a problem in the handbook or factory floor.
  • Mentorship: Assigning a "Buddy" (cultural guide) and a "Mentor" (technical guide) distinct from the manager.
• The Trial Period (Probation):
  • Explicit 30/60/90-day deliverables.
  • "Fail Fast, Fail Friendly": Early exit protocols if the cultural fit isn't right, ensuring fairness to both parties.
