What SQ guarantees (risk control, defect prevention, response) and what SQ does not own (commercial terms, supplier selection). Interfaces: IQC, Production, Engineering, PM.

2. Supplier Quality RACI

• Who can: block incoming lots, issue SCAR, approve deviations, accept risk, close corrective actions, trigger re-audit, escalate stop-ship.

3. Supplier Quality Process Map

• One diagram page (text version now): Qualification support → incoming control → escapes → SCAR → effectiveness → monitoring → re-audit.
