  • The Gatekeeper: No PO can be cut to a supplier not on the AVL.
  • Qualification Criteria:
    • Technical: Capability audit (can they build it?).
    • Financial: Risk assessment (will they go bankrupt?).
    • Ethical: Conflict Minerals compliance (3TG), RoHS/REACH capability.
  • Broker & Independent Distributors: The "Grey Market" Protocol. Strict rules for when we are allowed to leave the franchise network (e.g., shortages) and the mandatory testing required (Decapsulation/X-Ray) to prevent counterfeits.
