• Context: The QBR is the heartbeat of the strategic relationship. It moves the conversation beyond "Where is my order?" to "How do we grow together?" 
• Standard Agenda:
  • Performance Metrics: On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality Yield (First Pass Yield), and RMA rates. 
  • Pareto of Pain: The top 3 issues that caused friction this quarter and the Corrective Actions (CAPA) taken.
  • Forecast Review: Analyzing the customer's forecast accuracy vs. actual demand (crucial for material planning).
  • Roadmap Alignment: What new products are coming in the next 6-12 months?
